The mind is plastic. The world is boundless. Everything else follows.
Twenty years across sales floors, boardrooms, commercial kitchens, and minesites — not a straight line, but one mind, rewiring itself in public. This is the long exposure.
BeginI started working at sixteen and never really stopped — sales floors, then boardrooms, then commercial kitchens, then back to boardrooms with better recipes. Today I run Aurelian Consultations, helping Malaysian, Australian and Singaporean businesses install marketing systems, build real AI competency, and think clearly about where they're going.
Along the way I've been a General Manager twice over in two industries, managed an RM20M property portfolio, built a digital marketing arm from scratch, launched a Malaysian automotive brand's first overseas outlet, and fed a lot of people — professionally. Now I'm an HRDC-certified trainer, an Associate Partner at Lumeminds, a mentor for the UM Wales C-Accelerator, and co-founder of Faire Care, a healthcare diagnostics venture.
I'm the non-technical founder who ships technical work anyway — automations, dashboards, websites — because the tools finally caught up to the ideas.
People ask how the chapters connect. They're the same chapter: a mind that believes it can learn anything, testing that belief in public — and so far, winning.
Depth beats noise. Original thinking compounds; borrowed tactics decay.
Five disciplines go in. Working systems come out. Powered by an ADHD brain that treats every field as an open tab — and a conviction, borrowed from neuroplasticity itself, that the wiring is mine to change. Hover any node.
Same shape as the constellation below — that's not an accident. First the mind, then the life it produced.
Systems outlast heroics. Install the machine, not the miracle.
Three eras, seventeen turning points. Keep scrolling — the line draws itself, the way careers do. Hover each star for the scene it marks.
Star brightness scaled to how much each moment changed the trajectory — a judgement call, like all good charts.
My favourite scene wasn't shot in a boardroom — it was Brisbane to Perth in two weeks, one car, one Border Collie named Stitch.
The Australian years, director's cut
Teaching is inducing plasticity in someone else. It's the highest-leverage act I know.
Aurelian runs on four doors — INSTALL IT · LEARN IT · EMBED IT · RUN IT TOGETHER — one revenue cycle, four ways in, depending on how much of the machine you want to own.
